From toiletries and kitchen staples to coffee and paper goods, we keep your property fully supplied and guest-ready at all times.

Each visit includes a full inspection, email report and immediate notification of any concerns. BNB Property Services is dedicated to providing the same level of care for your home as we would our own. Every service is designed to protect your home and welcome you back just as you left it.

 

  • Regular interior and exterior inspections (weekly or bi-weekly)

  • Check for leaks, mold, pests, or storm damage

  • Verify heat is running and pipes aren’t freezing

  • Flush toilets and run water to prevent stagnant plumbing

  • Collect and forward mail or packages

  • Report after each visit (emailed to homeowner)
